Lisa Gormley

Actor, Director, Producer and Coach.
Lisa began her journey in the Tasmanian arts industry at the age of 11 by joining her local Huon Valley Youth theatre group.
She continued her training in theatre and technical production at Rosny College.
While studying her Bachelor of Dramatic Art in Acting at Sydneys National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney Lisa began assisting and teaching for NIDA's Open Program.
Gratuating from NIDA in 2009, she then progressed into a professional career in Film, Television, Theatre, Voice Over.
Returning to Tasmania to take up the role of Casting Director for TAS CASTING Lisa also established Acting True to teach her own professional workshops.
Acting True quickly advanced to hosting workshops by other professional arts educators here in Tasmania.
Acting True is now also producing high quality theatre experiences here in Tasmania.
